A ring of Solenne exists here which beams light up back into space. The people in the city proper cannot see the stars and instead see a pure orange and yellow shifting aurora borealis like effect in the sky. The streets are paved with mirrors to reflect the beauty of her sky throughout the city. Very bad for the light sensitive ancestries.
